| | I ran a whole mile:) First time running for a month and a half! Got taped, ran a mile w/Irene, then iced and got e-stemmed. I felt pretty great while i ran for the most part! Except i was really out of breath and worn out at the end...which was embarrassing cuz it was only 1 mile! Just shows how out of shape i am!

Region 9 Championships (3 Miles) 00:23:59 | | Lets just say this was officially the worst race i've ever had. I was really having a hard time today. But i am getting over it knowing that i havent run for about 8 weeks and am completely out of shape. But the good thing is that my legs felt wonderful and i didnt get last place in the varsity race:) and its good to know that its not my legs that are keeping me from going but just the fact that I havent trained for a while. so theres still hope for a good track season! And i am really glad that our girls varsity team did so good!! along with the rest of our team!

| | Harts warm/cool and an all-out 1000 on the track. Mark had told me to avoid the track a while ago, but i thought it would be ok to run just a 1000 on it. But i dont think i will anymore, cuz it hurt a tiny bit. I didn't hear my time but I finished with Chancie:)

| | 2 miles around the high school and then did a 1000 and a 600 meter with the girls. Ran a half mile cool down with Mescerem. Felt pretty good except my left leg has a weird soreness.

| | Ran 1.5 in salt lake and felt great till we did striders. i attempted for a strider and hurt really really bad. My shins felt fine, but i fell really hard last week and really hurt my lower back/glutes and it hurts every time i run. So i stopped and waited and finished the last 1.5 miles and felt okay.
