am: quick 3 and plyos. left leg really hurt :( pm: 8x400's, 1:30- times were 1:28, 1:30, 1:28, 1:30, 1:32, 1:30, 1:30, 1:31. I thought I was doing bad the whole time cuz i thought my time was 1:27. But it wasn't so it was good! So really good workout but it was tough. I felt like I didn't get enough recovery in between. My left Quad hurt the whole time. Hopefully it wont hurt too bad during the next couple meets. Harts warm/cool
