am: 4x1000's with Harts warm/cool and 2x300's- I thought i was gonna feel awful because of all the candy i ate over the weekend. But I actually felt fine. I didn't know what time i was supposed to hit but I think it was around 4:06 or something. So I planned on keeping up with Aubrey.
The first one felt great and I tried to save my energy and got a 4:02. The next one I dont know why I went so slow. I felt like I was going the same as my first one but I guess I wasn't and got 4:15. Third I pushed harder and got 4:10. Last I went faster every 100 meters and got 4:00. My times were all over the place. I really think wearing a watch or timer will help me be more consistent so i am going to use one from now on. My legs hurt really bad but my breathing has gotten alot better. Then we did 2x300's and I hate those. I got :58, then :57. Weights after were great.
pm: 3 miles with stoner and liz. Legs were really tired. |
