Warmed up 1 mile and then did 1/1 workout, 1 min on, 1 min off. I had to hit about 235ish meters- 9.5 cones. I was really happy with how I did. I made it to the end -15- and felt great! I was hitting each one, with the right distance. It was a lot easier for me than the 30/30 workout. Then I cooled down 1/2 mile with Brianna and Macey. My shin only hurt on the warm up and the beginning of the workout, but felt fine after that. But I will ice and stretch good today so I will feel okay for the time trial tomorrow.
Kids club was great! Way fun to be able to do that this summer:) The little girls are so cute and fun! Later in the afternoon I got some new running shoes! They are legit:) I've had the same ones for way too long and that's the main reason I got shin splints and my calves have always been so tight.
