Grass Runs today! I felt better than last week, still can't keep up with Liz though! I focused more on my form and then we did striders after. I felt really tight during those, stretched real good after. I definitely need to drink more water too! Kids club afterwards was rough...Brianna and I were the only leaders of 20 girls. It's really hard to keep them all happy cause they are pretty sassy! :)
