pm: 4x1200's. I dont know why these were sooo hard for me! I wasnt hitting my times and I couldnt breathe. For the last couple of weeks my breathing has been super bad and I think it might be because I dont eat enough...My 300's after were about 7 seconds slower than last week. I am just happy I actually finished the workout. Harts warm/cool. On the bright side, I got athlete of the week for distance from the PV meet! :) |
