am: very nice 3

pm: Race- Mia, Liz, and I were in the same heat so we warmed up a couple miles and did agilities and stuff. We started and I got out pretty good but my starting could get better. My splits were about 1:28, 1:33, 1:33, 1:26. The finish was really good and I passed a couple girls in the last 200. Ended with 6 minutes flat. I was really happy with my time and I know I will break 6 soon!
