pm: 4x1000's. Goal time: 4:08- times were 4:02, 4:10, 4:08, 4:02. Pretty good especially with Aubrey right with me. 2x300's after, definitely not my favorite. Harts warm/cool, Weights after.

pm: I forgot my times so i just hit the same times as Liz and Aubrey. I was fast on all my times in turns out but it was a fun and quick workout! Harts warm/cool. Also played a screaming avacado game!

pm: Pine View Relays! Funnest meet i've had this season.  I ran the 1200 in the medly, got 4:31. Pretty good. 800, 2:59, bad. 400, 1:14, really good! (PR). Our team did good too!

pm: easy fun 4 with 4x200's at a church. Then iced after for the first time for 13 1/2 minutes! Super Cooold! But now my legs feel really good! Good day.

pm: warmed up, stretched, and went to the start. Aubrey, Taylor, and I were in the 2nd heat. This race felt really good but it was tough. Taylor and Aubrey pushed me alot to stay with them and I finished strong with 6:00.06. Splits were 1:28, 1:33, 1:33, 1:26. The last lap I had alot of energy and passed Taylor so I need to use some of that energy for my 2nd and 3rd lap cause thats where I go slowest. I PR'd by .8 seconds so it was a good race but I'm tired of that 6 min barrier and I am determined to and will break it!

raced the 2 mile with liz and mia. this race wasnt very good for me. I tried hard and felt alright with pretty solid times. I was just really tired. But thats okay cuz the 2 mile is hard!
