PM: Felt wonderful :) warmed up a 1.5 miles to harts and my shin hurt on the way back. Wasn't sure i would try the workout but decided to try 3x1000's. 91% i didnt have a time so i just ran based on how i felt. My times were 4:27, 4:27, 4:17. I stuck right behind liz on the first 2 and finished with Mia on the last one. Felt very good and was tempted to go more, but decided to stretch and run my cool down. Cooled down 1 mile and did weights, stretched, and rolled, feelin good:)
