4x800's- My goal time was 3:12. My times were 3:10, 3:12, 3:03, 3:03. I used Taylor and Jake alot to hit my times and this was the first workout that I actually pushed hard in a while. It felt good to have a hard workout and a goal that was kinda hard to reach. The first 2 were tough for me but then I heard coach say to embrace the pain cause your gonna feel it anyway so i did it and thought about that the last two and they felt great for me!
