pm: workout: 3x1000's. Just me and Aubrey. My time went down 6 seconds to a 4:02. I didn't think I would hit my times cause teh last few weeks I couldnt hit 4:08 but this workout was really good for me prolly cause we only had to do 3 so i was mentally tougher. My times were the best they have ever been: 4:02, 4:00, 3:59. 1.5 warm/cool |
