am: 10x200's. I like this workout because it pushes me, but isnt too hard. My time to hit was about 45-46 sec. The first 5 were all 43ish. The last 5 were 41-42. My leg was hurting but not too bad. Pizza Hut warm/cool

pm: 4 easy with 4x200's. Sandburgs again. I fell back for some of the run because I was really tired and couldnt get myself moving. 200's afterwards were alright.

I am excited for the mile tomorrow at the hurricane meet! I am not expecting to PR due to how I have been feeling lately but I am hoping to get close to it!

You never know what the day will bring. You had some good speed in your legs to finish out the 200s. Tear it up.
