AM: today I felt grand! we did 6x1000's but had to hit 15-20 seconds faster than last week. So my time was about 4:50. My times were 4:51, :53, :50, :50, :46, :43. I was really happy with the consistency and how I was able to hit my goal time. Good workout:)
PM: 3 miles- felt very not good. I fell way behind mostly because I ate too close to the run, and my left leg started hurting in a way that I think I am getting shin splints:( Weights and plyos afterward. |
