Ran the warm up then a 400 m. Shin hurt too much to do more so I went and biked for 25 minutes. That felt good on my legs.

Went to Marks room and got taped and stuff. He thinks i may have a stress fracture so i am going to go to a specialist and get x-rayed soon... Its a good thing I stopped running this week and I may have to not run for a while. we'll see after I get x-rayed i guess :/
