7 miles with 18 min AT tempo. This run was hard but i did okay. I got alot farther than last week so i am improving! My watch is officially messed up though, the pacing is waaay off. So it is only useful to measure the time and distance.
Old man hills. i only did one because my shin has been hurting all day. Especially when i run. I tried one hill and decided to stretch during the next one then run back with the girls. Icing and stretching I think will help. Weights afterwards!
3 miles easy with striders. My shin hurt throughout all 3 miles :( pretty bad. So i thought to not do striders but decided they might be good on my legs. So i did them and I felt really good. Iced again today for a long time.
