First time this season that i did the whole workout! 4X1000's, Harts warm/cool, 2x300's. I was not planning on doing all 4 thousands or doing the 300's but I did! My time was supposed to be around low 4's i think... 4:02, :17, :08, :14. Not great times but i know i gave it my all! then the 300's my legs were so dead i just gave what i got- :56, :58ish. Weights after. Tough, good day, legs were pretty tight but other than that felt great.
