2 miles on the warm up loop at the elementary. Really hard to breath and legs felt heavy. But shin felt great. Will be at girls camp the rest of week so will get a couple runs in up there with the other girls on the team. stretched for a good 20-25 minutes after.

Ran at girls camp with killer altitude. Pretty hard but good.

Bumped mileage up to 3 miles. again the altitude was rough and hills were hard on the mountain. Fell of the group the last 5 minutes but was proud of myself for keeping up with them for 2.5 miles
