Today was great, ran a mile on the road with the team for their warm up with my shin hurting very little. Then Liz and I ran on the grass for a half mile which felt WAY better on my shin so i think i will stick with running on soft surfaces for a while. Kids club today was tons of fun too!

Jacey and I ran up in Provo canyon while we were camping. I forgot my watch but i know we ran at least 2 miles. It was hard but good. Then we got a good hour of stretching in afterwards. Felt good.
