warmed up 1.5, shin really really hurt. Sprinted the long sides of the track and jogged the curves for 1 mile. Did a couple hill sprints then stopped. Cooled down one mile, iced and did weights. Shin hurt more today than it has since i started running again. I have been lacking taking care of it thinking it was a lot better and now have to pay for it :/

Ran to green springs, extremely windy! I was going to do 4, but my shin hurt bad i did 3. Prolly the longest 3 miles in my life. My leg throbbed with pain every step. Iced and stretched a lot after.
