Warmed up and ran the 1600 race and honestly don't remember much. But I focused on pushing myself with Josie and kicked it in on the last lap. I need to work on not starting out to fast. It was good weather but I know I can get a better time! Hoping for BYU qualification!
Did a progression workout after the race but only 3.5 miles of it. My legs were super sore and still trying to get over my sickness. It was tough!
