Did my workout this morning which was awesome especially cuz i better saw where i was in my running with all the girls there. 2x800's- 3:03, 3:07. Got to lead the small group of girls behind me and that kinda built my confidence up during this workout. it was windy on the home stretch but good other than that. 1 warm and 1.5 cool, and plyos which kinda hurt my shin... maybe i shouldnt do those...
