3x1000's on the track, harts warm up. Goal time was 4:00 i think. Times were 4:01, 4:06, 3:49. These were soo hard for me, my legs didn't feel half as bad as my breathing did. I don't know if it is because i am out of shape or not eating healthy enough but hopefully I can figure it out. I was going to do 4 1000's but coach and Nicole pushed me so hard on that last one that I couldn't do another. 1/2 mile cool down, iced and stretched.
