35 min- warmed up .5, then a 10 min warm up. Did 1st and 3rd 6 min interval with the girls. I felt so great! My leg didn't hurt and my breathing is getting better as i run more and get into better shape. It felt great to actually run part of the workout and run a faster harder pace. lotsa fun. Cooled down with Meskerem 5 minutes.
