| | Got many answers about my leg and was so happy to hear that I can keep running! I found out that i have a bad case of shin splints and a messed up structure of a left leg. So, with good care of my leg, cross training and orthotics i should me good to go! Excited to get back into it! Ran an easy 20 minutes, felt a bit out of shape but alright.

| | 30 minutes: Ran in pine valley and felt amazing! Ran the whole time with the varstiy girls, including some tempo with them till i turned around. Good confidence booster.

| | Wanted to run 30 min but I was hurting pretty bad. So i turned around at harts, 15 minutes, stretched and iced after with weights. hoping all the stuff i am doing and all the changes ive been making will show some major improvements for my leg. Excited to race this weekend!!
