| | 45 minutes- on parkway ran up long hill. I did good on the hill, then i was hurting the rest of the run. Was supposed to do 35 but did 10 min more.... Kids club was super fun!! good stretching and icing after.

Time Trial #1 (2 Miles) 00:15:19, Place overall: 7 | | Mile warm up and Time trial #1, first race of the year for me. It was good, I was right where i was hoping to be. The time I got was a bit scary, but hopefully it will be faster throughout the season. I'm just super happy to be running this season! 1.5 mile cool down

| | Today was great! 10 min warm up, 5x1000's. We had an awesome group and by the last one everyone hung on to the top group for a long time! My time to hit was 5:15ish, which was about the same as Carolines, so i pushed with her. Times were: 4:50, 5:13, 4:50, 4:43, 4:36. I felt great and can feel myself getting into better shape.

| | i remember why i dont like running in the fields. So long! i ran 40 minutes but it felt like 60! quite tiring, but im glad i got a run in tonight!

| | 5x800's, 40 minutes - This was pretty hard for me today. I was definitely not feeling good. I ran 2 then took a break, then another and a break, and the last 2. I especially didn't do well mentally today. Hopefully I be much better tomorrow!

Cedar all comers (2.95 Miles) 00:22:37 | | Race was good. I am happy with how I did, even though Caroline bumped me off of varsity :) but the girls on our team pushed me a ton and i didn't get passed throughout the whole race. I just kept a good hard pace for myself and kept passing girls one by one. Time was 22:37, 13 seconds off of my PR from freshman year. So I'm getting there! Fun day.

| | Today was a little frustrating... My leg hurt the same spot where my stress fracture was. I took it really slow today, i was really tired and a little upset that my shin was bugging me. No striders, but iced and did weights after.

| | 4x1000's - 40 minutes - Pretty good workout. Carli and Macey pushed me a lot and it was fun to run and hit the same times with them. Goal time: 5:21. Times: 5:21, 5:10, 5:20, 5:23. Not too shabby. Excited for tomorrow, relays are loads of fun!

| | Tons of fun! 4 miles and 2 400's with lotsa running in between with frisbee and soccer n stuff. My shin didn't hurt too bad, i think the track is pretty good for it.

| | 45 minutes - 7 x 3 min intervals. we ran inside due to lightning! It gets really hot in the school, especially with lots of people running together. It was fun but pretty hard, i was happy i ran all 7 but my left leg was hurting :( weights after

| | Today was pretty good, i felt really strong and kept a good pace up the long hill. I cut it short though because of my leg. This week i really want to work on making it feel okay. I don't want to stop running! Striders after felt good. Stretch and iced after.

| | 5x1000's - today was awesome! definitely a confidence booster. thousand time was supposed to be 5:21, but i really wanted to push it harder and stay with the front group. Which I did! times were 4:45, :43, :31, :48, :38. Kind of all over the place but tons faster than last week. I led the girls the whole time on the 3rd one which I went way too fast but thats because it really makes a huge difference when you are in the front and leading. Leg hurt but not too bad. Stretched and weights after.

| | 20 min with 10 min steady state -Sadly i had to cut it short today for a lesson but i felt alright with what i did. I have gotten to the point where i feel totally back in good shape and my form is lots better. My leg is the only thing holding me back now...But i am working on it!

SUU invitational (3 Miles) 00:21:49 | | Today was really good overall. I ran JV, got 3rd after 2 dhills girls. I was 2nd for first 2 miles and pushed with one dhilll girl for the last until the last 200 m. she gapped me :/ but I know i did the best i could! and I FINALLY PR'd!! by 35 seconds :) I haven't pr'd since my freshman year so i am super happy i finally did. I pushed harder this race than i have for a loong time.. But it was fun and our girls team did AWESOME.

| | i did every other one because my leg was really hurting. But for the ones i did i kept up really good, felt great till the last one but it was still alright. I think i am going to cross train instead of run every other day for the next week or two becuase i really dont want to make my leg feel any worse than it is. weights after.

Time Trial #2 (2 Miles) 00:15:12, Place overall: 7 | | Time trail #2... 15:12... 7 seconds faster than time trial #1. I don't know what to think about today. I'm not too happy with how I did, i wish I could pace myself a lot better because i feel good the first mile but then i feel so slow the last half. My breathing was really bad too. I need to work on that. Shin hurt and its getting to where it hurts to walk on. It's not where my stress fracture was but on the top of my left shin rather than the bottom. Man, my leg is a pain.

| | 30 min easy with caroline around the 800 loop at the school. I hurt pretty bad today. I need to go get my leg checked out again. Iced and stretched real good after.
