3x1000's on the track, harts warm up. Goal time was 4:00 i think. Times were 4:01, 4:06, 3:49. These were soo hard for me, my legs didn't feel half as bad as my breathing did. I don't know if it is because i am out of shape or not eating healthy enough but hopefully I can figure it out. I was going to do 4 1000's but coach and Nicole pushed me so hard on that last one that I couldn't do another. 1/2 mile cool down, iced and stretched.

3 in the morning with the girls. Leg hurt. I forgot how much fun morning runs are! Then we did some yoga:)

8x400's- 1.5 mile warm up, goal time was about 1:27. Times were 1:26, :29, :27, :27, (HR: 130) :25, :28, :27, (HR:116)  and :24. They were hard but really good! 1.5 cool and weights.

1600 and 800 meter race at hurricane all comers meet. SUPER windy. Times were way off but they were a hard push! I need to work on believing in myself! mile warm and cool

4 miles. I didnt run throughout all of spring break because i was at disneyland and then i got sick. I am still sick so this run was pretty hard.

2x800's. 3:03 both times. It was very hard especially because i am still sickish and it was very hard to breathe. I also need to better hydrate myself! Pizza hut warm/cool. weights

Warmed up and ran the 1600 race and honestly don't remember much. But I focused on pushing myself with Josie and kicked it in on the last lap. I need to work on not starting out to fast. It was good weather but I know I can get a better time! Hoping for BYU qualification!

Did a progression workout after the race but only 3.5 miles of it. My legs were super sore and still trying to get over my sickness. It was tough!

Warmed up 2 miles (i felt like that was way too much) then ran in the 2nd heat of the 3200. This was a disappointing yet strong race for me. I picked a spot and stayed there for the first half of the race and then moved up girls as they caught up to me. But then on the last lap i let them get away and ended up being passed by a few girls in the last 200 meters. My time is a whole minute off of my PR, and it was windy, but next time i will do better especially because i shouldn't be sick anymore.

First time this season that i did the whole workout! 4X1000's, Harts warm/cool, 2x300's. I was not planning on doing all 4 thousands or doing the 300's but I did! My time was supposed to be around low 4's i think... 4:02, :17, :08, :14. Not great times but i know i gave it my all! then the 300's my legs were so dead i just gave what i got- :56, :58ish. Weights after. Tough, good day, legs were pretty tight but other than that felt great.

Did my workout this morning which was awesome especially cuz i better saw where i was in my running with all the girls there. 2x800's- 3:03, 3:07. Got to lead the small group of girls behind me and that kinda built my confidence up during this workout. it was windy on the home stretch but good other than that. 1 warm and 1.5 cool, and plyos which kinda hurt my shin... maybe i shouldnt do those...

Only did 3 miles becaue my shin really hurt today! :( stretched and did 4x200 while practicing handoffs. they were good.

Warmed up 1.5 miles with Mia, Liz, and Josie. I was really hoping Josie would be in my heat because her and I push each other well. She ended up being in Liz and Mia's heat and i was the one after. This was a little disappointing of a race for me, i didn't run as smart as i should have. My splits were pretty consistent though!

warmed up 1.5, shin really really hurt. Sprinted the long sides of the track and jogged the curves for 1 mile. Did a couple hill sprints then stopped. Cooled down one mile, iced and did weights. Shin hurt more today than it has since i started running again. I have been lacking taking care of it thinking it was a lot better and now have to pay for it :/
