| | Went rock climbing this morning at the Chuckawalla trail where we ran once and kinda beat up my knee. It got really bruised and swollen so i didnt attempt a run cuz it hurt when i walked. :(

| | Ran to hotnails and added another half mile at the school. I thought i did good yesterday but today i ran much much faster and felt even better! My shin hardly hurt at all!

| | Ran on the river trail and averaged exact 8 minute pace. So it was quick but good. And i also saw matt, abel, krenny, and dave at the sullivan soccer park:)

| | Trail run! My favorite! Over be pioneer park. 4 super fun miles- I led the girls downhill for the most part on till the turn around. Then we did like an indian run thing where we took turns leading the pack. Great day.

| | 5 miles with 12 min AT tempo: goal time 7-7:30 pace. Today was really hard for me! I kept up with the girls for the first 6 minutes of the tempo and then fell behind until tempo was over. :/ I was dying. But i did keep up a pretty good pace for the most part. It felt pretty long. Then wieights after.

| | I ran 4.5 w/10 min LT pace- had to cut it short. I didn't have a time to start out with and was only with carli cuz we had turned around early. I averaged 7:00 min pace and carli was a little ways behind. It wasn't that good but was glad i did it.

| | Liz, ali, carli and I ran 5 miles with 10 min LT tempo. It was good! except my garmin said my average pace was 7 min but i coulda sworn it was tons faster! I wasn't too far behind ali and liz. Felt amazing though! didnt get much mileage in this week :/ but it might be doing some good for my leg!

| | 3x1000 (85%) w/recovery, Harts warm/cool. First time i have ran on the track since last track season! Felt sooo good! times were 4:18, 4:18, 4:07. Don't have an absolute time, First 2 i focused on staying with Liz and i did! On the last one i wanted to be more up with ali so i tried but last lap i fell off her a little bit still came in behind her! I was happy with how i did and hope to keep on improving my times as i am getting ready for track! Wieghts afterward.

| | Trail run Tuesday, a trail called Dinosaur Tracks. Very fun with all the hills and stuff, but also a bit hard. also desert hills followed us. Tight legs. otherwise I'm feeling good and I'm feeling positive:)

| | 6 miles with 18 min AT tempo. Pretty dang hard. Not quite sure what pace i was hitting, i was wearing my garmin but the times were all over the place and it wasnt working... Legs were sore and achy, shoulda stretched better after yestderdays trail run.

| | Old man hills- 1x800, 2x400. Hills are kinda really hard for me, and they are something i want to work on becoming better at. My body is pretty tired from this week's workout so tomorrow should be nice! Weights after.

PM: couldnt go to practice cuz of ortho appt. But when i got home i biked 30 miles in under an 1 1/2 hours with Sarah B!! Pretty intense workout:)

| | 7 miles with 18 min AT tempo. This run was hard but i did okay. I got alot farther than last week so i am improving! My watch is officially messed up though, the pacing is waaay off. So it is only useful to measure the time and distance.

| | Old man hills. i only did one because my shin has been hurting all day. Especially when i run. I tried one hill and decided to stretch during the next one then run back with the girls. Icing and stretching I think will help. Weights afterwards!

| | 3 miles easy with striders. My shin hurt throughout all 3 miles :( pretty bad. So i thought to not do striders but decided they might be good on my legs. So i did them and I felt really good. Iced again today for a long time.
